I’m a health-conscious mom and board-certified nutritionist. My modus operandi – “you are what you eat.” Give your body optimum nutrition for optimum output.

 

It all began in 2008

After my second child was born, my body rebelled. Migraine headaches, indigestion, gas and bloating were my constant companions. After much research, I decided to pursue the gluten free diet for one month, on a trial basis. After two and a half weeks, the results were clear – Headaches were gone, digestion improved and my baby was thriving!

But this lifestyle was so time consuming and expensive!

I spent hours researching quality products (yeah, those that are truly good for you). I tried every gluten free flour, mix and baking substitute I could get my hands on. When I finally hit gold, I knew that I must share this information with the gluten free community. I would open a website that sells gluten free items that are not only tasty, but are affordable too.
 And GlutenFreePalace.com was born
