Gluten Free Palace offers free shipping on orders $99 to most states.

Discounted shipping is available to the following states on orders above $99: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming

A select group of products are not eligible for free shipping, as well as orders shipped to AK, HI, and PR. Orders shipped to AK, HI, and PR have a flat rate charge of $30. This price is subject to change once the order is processed. Customers will be notified of the additional cost and can then decide to proceed with the order or cancel the order.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We do our best to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days of receiving them.
Expedited orders are processed until 3 p.m. of the day they were placed.
In order to avoid products being in transit over the weekend, orders placed on Wednesday through Saturday may be processed on Monday of the following week.
Please be aware that orders placed during holiday season may experience processing delays.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Most products are shipped from New York.
Some of the products may be drop shipped directly from the product vendor.
A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment creation.

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package on the first attempt.
Please freeze products upon arrival.

Gluten Free Palace ships food products in accordance with the appropriate manufacturers’ guidelines to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.  Most products are stored frozen but have an ambient shelf life which allows us to ship to you without dry ice. Upon receipt, the product can be refrozen without compromising quality.

IN THE SUMMER MONTHS: For orders containing heat-sensitive products, we recommend upgrading your shipping to Next Day or 2nd day Air. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange to be home for delivery or ship to an alternate location, such as work or a friend's house. Freeze your frozen products upon receipt until you are ready to use. No refunds will be provided on orders where you failed to upgrade your shipping.
Bread products will not arrive frozen, and may be warm. 
DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OUT!
 If the product has visible damage; such as mold, please contact us at info@glutenfreepalace.com. Do not dispose of anything unless a customer service representative has instructed you to do so.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items being shipped internationally may be subject to customs or local taxes and fees. You may be required to pay such fees before receiving your item. Gluten Free Palace does not take responsibility for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs and will not refund the cost of those items. Items can take between 15 - 35 days for delivery, not including holidays and weekends. Orders will not be considered 'lost' until 60 days have passed from when the order was shipped out. In the case of a lost item, Gluten Free Palace will only refund the cost of the item and not the shipping cost. Please check with local authorities for regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order. We can only ship dry items internationally.

RETURN/CLAIM POLICY

We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.
Please check the products upon arrival. If you encounter any issues such as damaged or spoiled goods, missing items from the order, or incorrect product received, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue, we will need:
• Order number
• Pictures of the product/product packaging

Please refrain from discarding the products before contacting us, as we may require additional information for claim approval.

Please note: Shipping baked goods risks damage due to the volume of movement during the transport, via the carrier. We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transportation, including mold. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package from the UPS driver. Please ask the driver to make note of this and contact us immediately. This will help us file a claim with our carrier chosen.
We provide detailed ingredient and nutritional information on our website product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredients before placing an order.

    CANCELLATION ORDER POLICY

    Orders that are cancelled before being shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
