Our gluten-free burger buns were created to meet our demanding criteria for the "perfect bun"—light, resilient, fluffy enough to soak up juices and ketchup, hardy enough to not fall apart, and most importantly, delicious—not just "good for gluten-free," but delicious, period. They toast, grill, freeze, thaw and reheat perfectly. They look, perform and taste like how an artisan brioche roll would.
The Gluten Free Bakery provides healthy, artisanal baked goods without a trace of gluten. We bake in a dedicated and certified gluten-free and kosher (parve pas yisroel) facility that’s also dairy, peanut and soy free. We are committed to making the highest quality hand-baked goods. We obtain our starting materials from a variety of reliable, gluten free sources, using whole grain flours, many organic, non-GMO, local & regional ingredients.
