We bake in a dedicated and certified gluten-free and kosher (parve pas yisroel) facility that’s also dairy, peanut and soy free. We are committed to making the highest quality hand-baked goods. We obtain our starting materials from a variety of reliable, gluten free sources, using whole grain flours, many organic, non-GMO, local & regional ingredients.
