A very suitable alternative to wheat/gluten Hamantaschen

Even though I was the only one in our family that needs to eat gluten-free, dairy-free foods, the entire family loved these hamantaschen treats! Mass produced baked pastries can often have a “meh” taste and texture in the dough . These, however has just the right amount of sweetness and flaky crust: not too sweet with just the right amount of “crumble”.
